CLINIC SHINES

Founded nearly three years ago, the Texas Cancer Clinic (TCC) has already been named one of the best in the country. In Outpatient Care Technology magazine, the clinic received the "2007 Outpatient Oncology Excellence Award." The multidisciplinary cancer center incorporates diagnostic imaging, laboratory oncology and surgery services all in one location. Women's healthcare, specifically breast cancer, is one of TCC's fastest growing programs. Founder, president, CEO and medical director Bradley R. Prestidge, M.D. stated during the interview for Outpatient Care Technology that in the coming years he wants to "establish a very strong and well-integrated medical oncology component." At 30,000 square feet the TCC houses many services for their visitors. TCC is an independent facility with an affiliation with the University of Texas Health Sciences Center.
